Prep Class for CCO Mobile Crane Operator Certification

Rigging
Prep Class for Certified Rigger Level I
Includes practical exams (4-day course or 2-day refresher)
A Certified Rigger Level I can perform simple, repetitive rigging tasks when the load weight, center of gravity, the rigging, and
rigging configuration are provided or known by the rigger through experience or on-the-job training prior to the rigging
activities. Specifically, Level I Riggers should be able to demonstrate or have knowledge of how to:
- Inspect rigging before use
- Identify and attach rigging with basic knowledge of hitch configurations, capacities, and basic knots
- Recognize associated hazards
- Signal operations
- Use various types of rigging equipment and basic hitches and their applications
Our 2-day refresher course is for those candidates who are looking to renew their Rigger Level I certification.
Signalperson
Prep Class for Certified Signalperson
Includes practical exams (4-day course or 2-day refresher)
This class is for any site worker tasked with the responsibility to communicate with the operator of any load-moving apparatus. Signalpersons act as the eyes and ears for the crane operator, directing what actions need to be carried out.
