Precision Crane Training (PCT) is situated in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with the primary objective of delivering top-notch training to individuals aspiring to excel in the field of crane operations and secure their crane certification. Meet Our Instructors
Kyle Buckaloo is the manager of Precision Crane Training, where he oversees daily operations, lift planning, and client instruction on crane and rigging operations. His role also involves providing extensive training and consulting for lifting operations, maintenance programs and recommendations. Kyle has served as the Lift Director and Crane Training and Compliance Supervisor for Cudd Pressure Control and Thru Tubing Solutions. He has over a decade of experience in the crane and rigging industry, achieving remarkable safety, compliance, and training results.
Kyle served in the U.S. Army for fourteen years, including two combat tours in Afghanistan. After his military service, he pursued a career in the crane and rigging industry, quickly gaining the expertise needed for safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Kyle holds multiple NCCCO certifications, including Mobile Crane Operator (TLL, TSS, ABC, ABW, LAT), Rigger Level 1 and Rigger Level 2, Signalperson, Lift Director, and Mobile Crane Inspector. He is also an NCCCO practical exam proctor for Rigger Level 1, Signalperson, and Mobile Crane (TLL & TSS).
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and spending time at the lake with family and friends. He is a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Garvin County Shriners.
Terry Groves is a dedicated crane instructor at Precision Crane Training. He specializes in teaching safe crane operations through both classroom instruction and hands-on crane operation. Additionally, he supports the manager in crane training and compliance for Cudd Pressure Control and Thru Tubing Solutions, along with overseeing daily operations.
Terry brings valuable experience from his years in the oilfield wireline industry, where he worked as a cased hole engineer and gained extensive knowledge in the crane industry. He has also served as a field service supervisor and operations manager. Terry holds multiple NCCCO certifications, including Mobile Crane Operator (TLL, TSS, STC, LAT), Rigger Level 1, Signalperson, and Crane Inspector.
Outside the classroom, Terry enjoys spending time with friends and engaging in outdoor activities. His hobbies include team roping, hunting, fishing or just spending time out in the boat and relaxing on sandy beaches.
